I had purchased a mobile of XOLO company from pune pimpri from kailash deep mblies (arya samaj chowk pimpri ph 022-27413565) on dt 31.03.2013 ,
my mobile got dead on 26.06.2013 .i called at customer care of XOLO (180030100104) log a complaint ,complaint number :-310000073653 ,and informed them about my mobile beeing dead ,they said since there was no service centre avaliable at pune or my office at nashik they said they will arrange a pick up from my office address to their service centre at mumbai ,they said me to send mobile without battery and any accessories ,they promised me to pickup mobile with in 48 hrs and deliver it back to me with in 05 working days .but it took them 05 days to pick up mobile and delived me back on 15 july .which was double the time they had promised me .
Mobile i received was dead ,again on 16th july i launched a second complaint number :-310000081963 this time they said not send mobile battery and accessories ,even they promised me for pick up within 48 hrs and delivery within 05 days ,but the same thing happened ,mobile didnt got picked up ,finally on 22 july on my expense of rs 150/- i had sent the mobile to their service centre ,in the hope that i will get it soon .mobile got delivered on 23rd as per records of courier agency (fedex courier)
i got my mobile back on 06th Aug 2013 after 14 days from delivery of mobile , which was again dead .
.This time to the suprise i just had a friend who had the same mobile ,i applied his battery to mine mobile it got started . so again i had to file a new complaint
at xolo care complaint number : 310000091055 .my third complaint ,again same promise were made ,none of the promise was followed and mobile got picked on 12th Aug which was 06 days after launch of complaint.
Now it is been more then 35 days from launch third complaint , i have not got my mobile back .And it is been more than 82 days my mobile is dead .
I have called around 35 to 40 times .mailed around almost every day no one cares ,every time i call they promise to get it with in 48 hrs , no one transfers call to seniors or doesnt allow me to speak to any of the managers above .

Kindly help .below please find attached mail copy .Need your help to resolve it ,i have asked for replacement or cash refund and i need something for all the time spent .My SIM card is not working since first day of complaint ,if i dont use it before it gets to 90 days it would be permantely dead .

Yes I did received a call from you guys on 25th of Aug ,and I was promised I will get my mobile within 48 hrs .

As per your promise I should have received it on 27th Aug ,but still it is not received .

It is more than 65 days (more than 02 months) today my mobile is still dead .

And more than 19 days from date of delivery of mobile at your place .

What a shame at your service .

Worst service I have ever experienced !!!!!!!!!!!

After all the struggle I got my mobile back on 06.08.2013 for the second time .and guess what it is still dead.

Even this time it took 11 days to get mobile back from date of delivery .

It is been 41 days I am not able to use my mobile .and nobody cares about it .Everything goes the same way.

Today it just happened one of my friend had the same mobile I exchanged my batter with his batter to just check it and the mobile got started .

And now when I have found it is the battery which is dead and not the mobile .I called today at your call centre .and your associate miss (mandeep). Don’t have

Any solution to it .she said I will get a call back for it .and I have to again wait for your call .then wait for battery to be picked up , and then it to be returned .And I am very much confident every step of your service will take 10days each .with my daily reminders to you .

Last time it took 5 days for you guys to reach me inspire of daily reminders .You can check in below mails .

It is very very very shame full .

Guys I have paid 12500/- for that mobile please value it .

I would definitely going to file a complaint against you . I will spend some of my money and put this up in news paper as well .

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a XOLO mobile from Pune in month of April 2013 .It is been very disappointing to say that I did a mistake to buy a mobile of your brand .Kindly go through below experience what I had with you in last 01 month .

1. I called up in for assistance on sharing my phone with PC .Someone from your end assisted me to reset factory settings .Which didn’t helped so I had to call again .second time when I called up other person told me that there was no such function available ,as there is no supporting drivers available you can’t share data through USB .

2. My mobile got dead on 25 th June .I called up customer service they said it will get pick up within 24 hrs ,which didn’t happened ,when I called on 26th I was surprised to know that my complaint was not registered .Again I had to register a complaint and took the complaint number

3. After a long follow up almost of every day my mobile got picked up on 1st July 2013 .And everytime I call in those four days I was said it in process and will be picked in 24 or 48 hours .Mobile got delivered on 03rd July at LAVA international Mumbai.

4. And then after 5 working days I had to take again follow up for my mobile almost daily ,which finally arrived on 12th july 2013 after almost 10 days .

5. I received the mobile as the way I had sent Dead .It was not working .

6. Now again I had to go through all what I did .Which has started with the pick up follow up .

New complaint number :- 310000081963

Strange things are when I instead almost every time I called up for my call transfer to any of the Seniors available there was none available .I was promised will get call back 02 times when waited for a long time .But never received it .
