    Sir,'
    i hav e purchased a washing machine fully automatic (electrolux brand) with 2 year7 warre nty on 19/7/2008. I have got warrenty card from the seller stamed and signed in one copy and other one left without stamp and signature. At the first service they have taken away the signed copy of warranty card . Now my washing machine is not working and i have lodged a complaint with m/s prompt service on 17th may and they have attended the complaint on 6th june by taking ervicethe control pannel of the machine but till today they have turnup for the repairing the machine. Now they are asking for the original bill without that they cannot replace the damaged component, i want to know that whether a customer has to keep the original bill till the expiry of warranty or not.
    Kindly advise me what i have to do further for this kind of irresponsible act by seller and authorised ser vice centre
